Are you an immigrant juvenile under the age of 21* who has been abused, abandoned, or neglected by one or both parents?

Eligibility for SIJS:

*Must be under the age of 18-21 depending on state of residence
Must be willing to work with family law attorney to obtain a SIJS special order
Must have never been married
Must be currently living in the US

Benefits can include:

Ability to apply for employment authorization card
Ability to apply for a travel authorization
Pathway towards lawful permanent residency
