Eligibility for SIJS:
- *Must be under the age of 18-21 depending on state of residence
- Must be willing to work with family law attorney to obtain a SIJS special order
- Must have never been married
- Must be currently living in the US
Benefits can include:
- Ability to apply for employment authorization card
- Ability to apply for a travel authorization
- Pathway towards lawful permanent residency
