PERM Sponsorships

This is a pathway under EB-2 and EB-3 that allows an employee to undergo a labor certification process, where the employer requests an employee by providing evidence of ability to pay, recruitment efforts, and demonstrating that the alien is qualified to fulfill the occupation of an advanced degree (EB-2) or unskilled labor (EB-3) profession.
